Appointment Notifications
When a telehealth appointment is scheduled, you will receive email and/or text notifications from the following sources:

Your screens will look like the following when an appointment is created:
Day-of Reminder
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a notification 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This notification contains the link to join your session.
Joining Your Session
Before your appointment, make sure you have access to a phone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone.
Click the telehealth link from your text or email notification, or navigate to:
https://telehealth.netsmartcloud.com/meeting/select-devicesYou will enter the Virtual Waiting Room until your provider is ready.
When your provider is ready, you will move to a Tech Check Screen. Choose to turn your Mic and Camera on or off, then click Join. If you receive 3 green checkmarks, you are ready!
During Your Session
Once you join, you will enter your telehealth appointment with your provider. Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to control your camera and microphone:
If you are disconnected, you may receive a phone call from (785) 571-9019 to continue your appointment by phone.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot click Join or you see a yellow hazard icon on the Tech Check screen, follow the instructions below for your device.
Android / Chrome Browser Android
Telehealth requires access to your camera and microphone. When prompted, tap Allow to grant permission.
If you do not see the permission prompt, open your Chrome browser settings and ensure the Camera and Microphone are set to “Ask” or “Allow.”
iPhone / Safari Browser iOS
Telehealth requires access to your camera and microphone. When prompted, tap Allow to grant permission.
If you do not see the permission prompt, go to your iPhone Settings and ensure the Camera and Microphone are set to “Ask” or “Allow.”
