How to Attend your Appointment Virtually:

Your health is our first priority and we are taking preventative steps on our end to ensure that you receive quality services in the comfort of your home. In addition, telehealth services will help us make sure you get your medications as prescribed. All appointments will be be only offered through an app on your device or phone call instead of clinic appointments. Intakes are also offered through telehealth. Please call 304-431-1414 to set up an appointment.

If you cannot attend via video call, we can also arrange for a phone call to you at your appointment time. If you would like this option, please call us at 304-431-1414.
