Administrative Specialist - Credentialing
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Case Manager
- A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.

Case Managers provide a variety of services to consumers who are experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges, with the overall goal of ensuring consumers receive appropriate care and have access to resources that promote their well-being.

Case Manager/Coordinator Level 2 is responsible for assisting consumers in accessing a variety of essential services, including behavioral, medical, social, educational, and other health-related supports. This role is pivotal in coordinating care, advocating for consumers, and ensuring the successful development and implementation of person or family-centered treatment plans.
Coordinator - Wyoming County Prevention Coalition Grant

The Grant Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the management and implementation of the Wyoming County Prevention Coalition Grant. This is a 35-hour-per-week position focused on ensuring compliance, reporting, and programming to achieve grant outcomes. The Coordinator collaborates with the Grant Director and team members to meet grant requirements and deliver impactful programs to the community.
Director of Crisis
- This position requires a Master’s degree in a human service field; along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with adults who face mental health challenges. Qualified candidates must hold a license as either a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC). This individual must also have the authority to provide or supervise the provision of, services as defined by their licensure.
The Director of Crisis Services oversees the daily operations of the Crisis Services program at SHCMHC and ensures the safety and welfare of program consumers.

Southern Highlands CMHC is looking for a Psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner to provide a wide range of mental health services to consumers including diagnosing, conducting therapy, and prescribing medications for patients who have psychiatric disorders, medical organic brain disorders or substance use problems. The PMHNP will have a focus on psychiatric diagnosis, including the differential diagnosis of medical disorders with psychiatric symptoms, and on medication treatment for psychiatric disorders.
Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience working with consumers with substance use challenges preferred
- At least two (2) years of sobriety are required.
- A PRSS certification from the West Virginia Certification Board for Addiction and Prevention Professionals (WVCBAPP) is required to be eligible for hire except in PRSS positions funded by a grant, which allows a specified timeframe to complete the certification after hire.

- Experience with mental health and substance use disorders in the adult population required.
- Must be able to execute Crisis Intervention techniques in order to assist consumers or staff crises.

The Transporter will be responsible for driving and assisting on a non-emergency patient transport transporting sick or convalescent persons to/from appointment, community resources, etc. The Transporter will work with consumers involved in mental health/substance abuse treatment, and/or those at risk of hospitalization or who have been involuntarily committed or are at risk for hospitalization.
