How We Measure Success

Clinical Assessments

We use standardized, evidence-based assessment tools to track symptom changes over time:

  • PHQ-9: Patient Health Questionnaire for depression severity
  • GAD-7: Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale
  • COWS: Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale for MAT patients
  • ASAM Criteria: Level of care assessments for substance use treatment

Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Anonymous surveys are conducted quarterly, with questions covering:

  • Overall satisfaction with care
  • Staff professionalism and compassion
  • Ease of access and appointment availability
  • Perceived treatment effectiveness
  • Cultural sensitivity and respect

Functional Outcomes

Beyond symptom reduction, we track real-world improvements:

  • Return to work or school
  • Housing stability
  • Family reunification
  • Reduction in emergency department visits
  • Avoidance of psychiatric hospitalization

Transparency Note: All data is aggregated and anonymized. Individual patient information is never shared. Outcomes are reviewed quarterly by our Quality Improvement Committee and reported to our Board of Directors and federal oversight agencies.
