What Happens When You Call
No pressure, no judgment. Here's exactly what to expect from your first contact with us.
You call or walk in
Call +1-304-425-9541 during business hours or walk into any of our locations. No referral is needed. If it's after hours and you're in crisis, call +1-800-615-0122 — that line is staffed 24/7 by local clinicians.
Brief intake screening (~10 minutes)
Our intake staff will ask a few questions to understand what you're looking for, check insurance eligibility, and find the right program for your situation. This is not a clinical evaluation — just basic information to get you scheduled.
Schedule your first appointment
We'll get you scheduled for an initial evaluation with the appropriate clinician. Most routine appointments are available within a few days. If your situation is urgent, we can often see you sooner.
Your first visit (60–90 minutes)
A licensed clinician meets with you one-on-one to understand your symptoms, history, and goals. Together you'll build a treatment plan. Bring a photo ID and insurance card if you have one — if you don't have insurance, we'll discuss sliding-fee options.
